Ovanri is a subscription service for personal use. We want every paying customer to feel that the product earns its place in their routine. If it does not, we will refund you under the terms below.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you cancel your Kaizen subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of that initial payment, no questions asked. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address tied to your account.
This 14-day window applies to your first payment only. Subsequent renewal payments (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
EU and UK Customers
For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, this policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights of withdrawal. Because Ovanri is a digital service that begins immediately upon subscription, you may waive the standard 14-day withdrawal right at checkout — but the 14-day money-back guarantee above remains available regardless.
Processing via Paddle
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Once a refund is approved, Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method. Settlement typically completes within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
What Refunds Do Not Cover
- Renewal charges past the initial 14-day window.
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support — please reach out so we can resolve directly.
