1. Data Collection

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, update your profile, or use our daily logging features. This includes email addresses, authentication data, and the content of your daily focus logs.

2. Third-Party Processors

We use third-party services to facilitate our Service. For payments and billing, we use Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies. For aggregate usage analytics, we use Umami and a self-hosted instance of Plausible (see the Analytics section below).

3. Analytics

We use Umami and a self-hosted instance of Plausible — both privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tools — to understand aggregate usage (such as page views and referrers). With Plausible self-hosted on our own infrastructure, that analytics data stays with us. Neither tool uses cookies, collects personally identifiable information, or tracks you across other sites. We do not sell this data.
